Thankfully – and with much grit and tenacity – it was one that paid off. May 2019 marked an entire decade in business for Luxury Locations and its property management offshoot, Villa Management.
Our audacious, unflinching approach is just one example of how we do things a little bit differently. From the multi-faceted services we offer to the creative methods we use to market our listings, we don’t just embrace challenges, we thrive on them.

Today, we are firmly established as Antigua’s leading real estate agency with the largest portfolio of exclusive listings for sale and rent.
We’re a small team but a mighty one; between us we have four decades of collective experience. We’re also incredibly passionate about the place we call home. That’s why we don’t just sell villas, apartments and plots of land but Antigua as a destination and its unique, occasionally offbeat, lifestyle.
Luxury Locations’ CEO Sam Dyson’s diverse professional background has set him in good stead as he constantly strives to take the company to new and exciting heights. Wife and company founder Nadia Dyson has worked in the local property sector since 2004. Recent years have seen her take on her most important role yet – mother to two small boys – but she remains as energetic as ever and at the forefront of operations.
We have recently added videos to our arsenal of marketing manoeuvres with the aim of getting both our property listings and other hard-working local businesses more international exposure.
