I’m thrilled about the incredible new facilities currently under development in Jolly Harbour. The additions of a resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking/running pathways, a 6,000 sq. ft. gym, a health-focused restaurant, and modern office spaces will be fantastic for the community.
And this is just the beginning!
The waterfront commercial area is set for an exciting transformation with a new boardwalk lined with shops, restaurants, and apartment blocks offering stunning harbour and sunset views.With these developments and the highly anticipated Nikki Beach Project on Jolly Beach, I truly believe Jolly Harbour is on its way to becoming one of the most sought-after places to live in the Caribbean.
I had the pleasure of touring the upcoming facilities with Mark Trayhorn PQS MCIOB from Jolly Harbour, and it’s inspiring to see the vision coming to life. Big things are on the horizon!
